ALL PRICING:

Umsatzsteuerfrei aufgrund der Kleinunternehmerregelung.
All prices are VAT exempt due to small business regulation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Services are able to be canceled at any time due to illness. As the work is done in the home, and primarily with infants present, safety around illness is of utmost importance.

Cancelation of service by either Doula or Client is possible after 12 hours of service. If canceled by Client before 12 hours, payment for the 12 hour minimum is required.

BOOKING POLICY:

All appointments must be scheduled within a 48 hour window of preparation. (Doula is not on call under 48 hours of notice).

Postnatal Doula Packages hold a minimum of 12 hours. A nonrefundable deposit of 120 Euros is required for all Postnatal Doula services.

LICENSING AND CERTIFICATION:

Caroline is not a medical professional and does not hold a license to perform medical tasks, psychological evaluation or diagnose. When contracting services, clients must understand these boundaries of services.
